Grimm's older sister Moxie (yup, she officially has one!) on the outskirts of the Whenua Forest... and finally with a concrete design. More on her soon - I'm wildly attached to her already.
A piece helping to push me through an utterly intense art block, caused by super busy happenings including but not limited to Animation competitions (what an experience!), having had to fight to the teeth to secure my senior year at college financially (check), find proper summer work (also a success), searching for a house to rent in this lovely economy (Still on the hunt), as well as, as always, dealing with remarkably stupid people... including those classy college kids who perpetually bitch about how miserable their life is when they've never had to work for a damn thing in their lives. LOL. You know the type. They're a giggle. Ah, histrionic over privileged, perpetual children. Wait until you learn the hard way ♥ But I digress. Moxie. I think she's incredibly reflective of my somewhat voracious, pithy, hardened take on things as of late. She's had to work like hell for everything she's got - and she's still fighting. Great colors and textures on this one, Mel, and I'm excited to see you post more up here on DA! I like her bent back and the interesting texture to the fur on her legs. Cool piercings on this girl as well, and I love the resemblance to Grimm, it makes me happy that I can tell before reading the artist's description that she's related.

Speaking of the remarkable stupid people and classy college students (pampered pussies) I hope life socks those overly taken care of brats right in the face.
Let's see them work three summers and and two winters in scrap metaling for a car that I still gotta work for to get on the road. Let alone deal with an upper back/shoulder blade problem while I'm at it. (sometimes it takes a little bit of alcohol to quell it down).
