The "Bank" half of my latest Environments and Characters assignment. The Zensei tribe in this series live and die by the drive to accumulate wealth and profit. They maintain a stronghold on their society's core trading market as a result - often seen as the inevitable go to guys needed to get whatever one needs.... particularly where gold, or less 'roper' acquisitions are concerned. Amidst the nomadic tribes' perpetually moving tent towns, large tents are set up and used for the sole purpose of presenting, storing and swapping various forms of fortune.
I like this one even more than the bus stop, though they're both fuckin kickass!! I like the characters and how you can sense personalities even from the subtle shots of them. I feel all heartachey for the critters in the cage, though. *meep*
Thank you much! ^-^ Sadly, this particular project is very unlikely to see the light of day as a whole online, because there are so many thieving scumbags out there. (It's been around since '96, by way of example. lol!) hopefully some day I'll be able to pitch the whole thing in a professional setting and bring it to everyone's attention then. *crosses fingers*

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Please FULL VIEW all these amazing pieces of ART. Visit the artists pages and give them a :+fav and your support. Thank you for taking the time........
